30" x 40" x 1.5" mixed media painting on a gallery wrapped canvas.  The painting is done with charcoal, acrylics, modeling paste, collage and finished with oil paints and oil pastels. 

A black bear stands in a garden of flowers, soaking in the beauty that surrounds her.  Not distracted with the busyness of life, she represents contentment in the present moment.
