"In Everything there is a Season"

I am influenced by the various colors, textures and compositions in each season. I have traveled to many beautiful places but what I come to realize is it really isn't the destination but rather the peace of mind which allows me to slow down, breathe, and immerse myself in the beauty of the not so obvious. It's amazing after so many years living in coastal Virginia, that I truly see the beauty in the swampy marshes. A brand new way of seeing with less of life's distractions. Many layers created to capture this moment.
